Edr is located at 526 S. Warm Sands Drive featuring 40 boutique hotel rooms and is nestled just 5 minutes from the famous 'Arenas Entertainment District' in downtown Palm Springs!
Edr is a 21+ ADULTS ONLY 'clothing required' hotel offering rooms in person or online. *Day Pass availability please call the resort. To book online go to the 'Book a Room' tab or click the 'Hotel icon' in the upper right of the header. You may also book by phone during business hours by calling the resort at (760) 449-8831. Book weekends early as we typically sell out the weekends fast! Edr's rooms wrap around (3) different 'sparkling' swimming pools, and (2) large jacuzzi style hot tubs. Edr guests enjoy a Free continental style breakfast on the weekends, Free wi-fi and Free Parking!

Edr is delighted to announce that in 2025 we are renovating and remodeling over 50% of our rooms across the entire property! Our newly designed rooms are modern, comfortable and have an elegant stylish flair!
The 200's area rooms are scheduled for completion 5-15-25. The 400's rooms are targeted to be completed 6-2-25 and the 300's area rooms by 6-17-25.
