​Exotic Dreams Resort Hotel does not sell or trade your private information to third parties for profit at any time! EDR Hotel 'does' collect a certain 'limited' amount of your private information as in we are required by law to do so. For example, EDR needs to know the legal identity/s of whoever is using our resort facilities, website and app. The Resort is responsible for setting certain Rules and Guidelines for clientele eligibility, such as the minimum age of guests which is set at 21 years or older. We share certain 'limited' personal information with EDR authorized only affiliates, partners and approved 3rd party associates when it is necessary to share this information to successfully manage the EDR Hotel. For example, it is necessary to share your information with our hotel booking engine service provider, and we also share your name and email address with EDR Hotel's email distribution service provider and other EDR affiliate providers whose paid and legal responsibility it is to 'securely' and accurately distribute and disseminate a guests reservation information to each guest ‘electronically’ about their reservation.
